Cynthia M. is one of a kind. She is very dedicated, compassionate, punctual in responding to inquiries and providing documentation in a timely manner. Cynthia's excellent communication skills, coordination of care and service to others is impeccable. Dr. Biggers and Dr. Sbong are very knowledgeable, excellent providers, good listeners, thorough, passionate about their jobs and committed to improving the well being of others. The therapy team was outstanding. I would like to personally thank Tyra, Phile, Ashish, James and Will. I couldn't have made it back to work without their excellent service. Noemi and Paloma will always greet you with a warm smile, servant attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner both in person and over the phone. Choosing Liberty Healthcare will be the best decision ever made to get you on the right path to recovery holistically.

Beware of this location. They vandalize your vehicle. They want to know all of your business. Do not talk about your family or your kids. They will follow and harass you. They are more concerned with your life than with your injury. I try to stay on count and in the middle of me counting they ask me about my weekend. Like bro let me count and mind your own business. They take everything you say and use it against you. Look if you come here keep the conversation at a minimum, trust me. Really bad people. James and Will are male employees who work there who leave the room going out the back door many times. I don't know what is in the back besides the door that leads to the parking lot. Keep your mouth shut and do your therapy. These people are very dirty. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION MESQUITE BEWARE!
